    High/middle-class house, in easily accessible locations that facilitate renting.

  • How will they attract investors to reach the investment target and start generating returns?

    Initially,  through communication channels, digital marketing, and social media. When we become an investment fund, we will promote through brokerage firms and financial/educational institutions. Through tourism, travel agencies, and networking groups. The sales team will also promote with a commission based on the amount invested.

  • When is the Principal returned?

    At the end of the 5-year contract.

  • If I need to withdraw my investment before the end of the contract, how does it work?

    You can sell your share. Wehouse may offer it to other investors. In case of a sale, Wehouse must be notified for the necessary transfers.

  • After the end of the contract, how is the return on my investment made?

    The payment will be made to the same account registered for the investment in Wehouse's account, in Euros.

  • When is the first dividend payment made?

    After the completion of the third month under the contract.

  • What is the time frame between sending the money and the start of returns or receipt of dividends?

    Profitability begins immediately after the contract is signed, providing consistent returns as soon as the principal is fully paid.

  • Does the Principal return with correction?

    No. Dividends will be paid every 3 months, and at the end of the 5 years, the principal will be returned.

  • Is there any screening process for investors?

    Yes, there is a screening process for investors. We evaluate potential investors based on their financial situation, investment objectives, and risk tolerance to ensure that our investment opportunities are suitable for them.

  • Will the investor be linked to any asset?

    No, the investor will not be linked to any asset.

  • What is the investment guarantee?

    The investments will be made in Real Estate, one of the safest and most stable investment segments, and in a strong and stable currency. (Euro)

  • How do I send money to Europe?

    You open an account with Wise or another bank of your choice, transfer the money from your account  to this account in Euro, from this account you deposit it into the WH account in Europe, and from the same account the dividends and principal will be paid.

  • What happens to the investment in case of the investor's death?

    The dividends will be paid along with the principal at the end of the 5-year contract to the heir.

  • What is the average occupancy rate of the houses?

    According to Rentflow data, occupancy rate is over 90% annually.

  • Where do I receive my dividends?

    In a European account, the same account used for sending money to Wehouse's account.

  • How will the lease contract be? Monthly or daily?

    It will be diversified between Long Term (long-term rentals) and Short Term (short-term rentals). In the future, the intention is to work with platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.
